Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
1. Return of Goods of Proper Quality
The customer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:

the goods have not been used;
-
the original appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
-
seals, labels and original packaging are intact;
-
a proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is provided.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the goods are received and inspected.
Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the customer.
⚠ Goods listed in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 are non-returnable.
2. Return of Defective Goods
If defects are discovered during the warranty period, the customer has the right to request:
-
free repair;
-
proportional price reduction;
-
replacement of the goods;
-
termination of the contract and full refund.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, delivery costs are compensated by the seller.
